Document Operations Platform
The clerical half of every deal, handled.
From first draft through closing, Mikey handles the document work that absorbs associate hours — merging redlines, compiling signature packets, reconciling reviewer comments. Every edit attributable. Nothing stored. No model in the loop.
A rule engine, not a model — your documents never train anything.
An eight-reviewer comment merge: an evening of associate time → four minutes.
Capabilities
Two modules live today. More of the deal lifecycle to follow.
Module 01 / Compile
Compile signature packets into final transaction documents.
Upload the signed signature packet and the deal documents. Mikey identifies each signature page by its footer, matches it to the right blank, and produces a clean execution set with a full audit manifest.
Module 02 / Merge
Merge every reviewer's redline into one document.
Drop in the original and every iteration. Mikey merges them into a single document with tracked changes — conflicts flagged, each comment's origin preserved.
Module 03 / Sig Packets
Generate per-party signature packets from your transaction docs.
Upload the deal documents. Mikey groups signatories by counterparty, surfaces the proposed packets for review, and emits a ZIP of execution-ready PDFs or DOCX files plus a manifest.
Workflow
Runs alongside the tools you already use.
No DMS integration. No agent to install. Documents in, documents out — the way your associates already work.
Sits beside your DMS
iManage, NetDocuments, SharePoint — Mikey never reaches into them. Files come from your desktop.
Native Word in, native Word out
Tracked changes, comments, and styles preserved. Nothing to learn, nothing to install.
Zero deployment
No firewall changes, no SSO setup, no procurement-blocking installer. Open the URL, drop in the files.
Security
No AI. No Storage. No Exposure.
Documents are processed and deleted. No models are trained, no files are cached, no analytics are collected. Your firm's data never touches a system that remembers it.
No AI Processing
Deterministic rule engine. No machine learning, no LLMs.
No Persistent Storage
Documents deleted immediately after processing.
Encrypted in Transit & at Rest
TLS 1.3, AES-256.
Nothing at Rest
Each request spins up, processes, and tears down. No server holds your files between jobs.
No Data Sharing
No analytics, telemetry, or third-party transfers.
Merge Runs in Your Browser
Redline reconciliation never leaves the laptop — the document is processed locally.

Procurement
Built to clear firm IT review.
We work with your security, contracting, and procurement teams the way your firm prefers — not the way a vendor demands.
Designed for vendor review
Mikey's deterministic architecture is built to answer the questions your IT and InfoSec teams ask first. Walkthroughs and architecture diagrams on request.
Contracting on your terms
MSA, DPA, BAA, custom addenda — we sign what your firm requires before client data moves.
Start small
Pilot on a single matter with one team. No firmwide procurement file required to begin.
Engagement
What the meeting looks like.
Three steps. No surprises.
01
Demo
30 minutes. Walkthrough on a real deal of yours, or a representative sample of ours.
02
Security review
We address your firm's IT and InfoSec questions directly — at your CISO's pace, in the format your firm uses.
03
Pilot
Run one matter through Mikey with a single team. Decide from real output, not a slide deck.
The next deal starts here.
Built for transactional teams who would rather spend the night on substance than hunting signature pages.
